Working with Dreams
I often incorporate the rich and profound landscape of dreams to help clients access insights that may not be readily available in their waking life. Dreams, though sometimes chaotic or unclear, offer valuable symbolic messages from the unconscious. I support my clients in exploring and interpreting these images, helping them understand the deeper meaning behind them and what their dreams may be trying to communicate or guide them toward. This process allows clients to gain clarity, self-awareness, and often, new perspectives on unresolved emotions, conflicts, or desires in their waking lives.

I have always been fascinated by the dream landscape and am continually seeking ways to incorporate this interest into my work with clients. Personally, I have gained valuable insights from my own dreams, and I find great joy in helping my clients explore and understand their dreams. This process often uncovers deeper layers of meaning and can provide significant guidance on their healing journeys. I tend to utilize this work in Individual and Group therapy, and during Retreats.
