Guneeta integrates Somatic Experiencing® to support individuals, couples, and groups working with the body’s natural stress responses. This approach helps people reconnect with their nervous system, understand their body has adapted to protect them, and overtime restore a sense of safety, regulation, and resilience. Through compassionate, body-based exploration, participants learn to listen to internal cues, strengthen trust in themselves and one another, and create more ease and connection in daily life and relationships.

Her advanced training includes working with medical and near-death experiences, complex nervous system patterns, and emotional states such as depression, anger, and depleted life force. This allows Guneeta to offer attuned, nuanced support that honors the body’s wisdom while meeting exactly where they are—supporting healing that unfolds at a sustainable, pace.
